Opening Ceremony & BBQ Dinner on the Jetty

6th of June

VIP’s, Boat Owners & Crew, Sponsors, Local Government and everybody involved in the Boat Festival are welcome for a cocktail at 6pm in the harbour.

 

Long tables are set up on the embankment of Labuan Bajo Marina. The atmosphere is that of comradery and adventure that only ships and boats can provide. Spectacular seafood and vegetarian BBQ buffet is set up, with the best of local restaurants showcasing their culinary talents. Live music performance and fire-works will mark the end of the event.

The Gala Dinner is held for 120 VIP guests, boat owners and higher management who will enjoy gourmet cuisine by the best Indonesian chefs followed by live music performance by some of the best musicians and DJ’s in Indonesia followed by an afterparty at an undisclosed location.

Sunset Cruises & Closing Ceremony 8th of June

​

Sunset cruises on Sunday afternoon is from 5 pm to 7 pm, each boat sets the price for the cruise – either per guest or for the whole cruise. Each boat can decide to invite her own VIP guests or to sell the cruise through the show management team.

 

The cruise can include sit down dinner or cocktails and finger food. Alcohol will be partly supplied by the sponsors.

All boats will leave the harbour with 5 minutes interval to create a unified fleet, will cruise to Punggu island and make a u-turn, to return to the harbour for a specially organized celebration ceremony.

​

The closing ceremony is a spectacular event held in Labuan Bajo Marina to celebrate each boat and its crew. Every boat gets her personal salute, every crew member is honoured. The beautifully decorated dinner tables are set up on the jetty, everyone is welcome to join the celebration – the event is open to all ticket holders and all boat crew.

The Crew Afterparty

​

The First Komodo Boat Show is officially closed and everybody is welcome to join the afterparty, which is held at Merourah Hotel in Labuan Bajo Marina. The best DJs and free flow sparkling wine and cocktails to celebrate the huge success of the show.
